India v South Africa: Group B - ICC Champions Trophy

The Men in Blue do enjoy playing at Sophia Gardens as their record at the beautiful stadium is pretty impressive. India has won 3 out of the 4 matches they've played here, with their only defeat coming against England back in 2011.

India enjoyed a great amount of success in Cardiff during their triumphant 2013 Champions Trophy campaign as they managed a 100% record on the ground during that edition. India's Shikhar Dhawan scored a brilliant total of 120 against South Africa back in 2013 in the Champions Trophy.

India's last encounter at Cardiff turned out in their favour as they humbled England by a good 133 runs to win the match in a stunning manner. Suresh Raina was the star of the match as he scored an impressive century to help his nation post a total of 304/6.

Unfortunately for the Indian cricket supporters, the Men in Blue aren't scheduled to play in Cardiff in the upcoming World Cup.

Have Struggled - Old Trafford, Manchester

Seventh ODI: England v India
Seventh ODI: England v India

Manchester hasn't been a happy city for Indian Cricket fans as their beloved team hasn't enjoyed a great degree of success at the famous Old Trafford cricket ground. India has played 8 times at Old Trafford and possesses a tally of 3 wins and 5 losses.

It has been a long time since the subcontinent giants played at Old Trafford with the last memory coming from 2007 when they tasted defeat at the hands of England by 3 wickets.

Old Trafford has never really been India's favourite hunting ground as the pitch conditions have rarely favoured the Indian team's playing style. The upcoming edition of ICC Cricket World Cup will see India play twice at Manchester's famous cricket stadium. Virat Kohli and company will be looking to better India's record at Old Trafford this summer.
