Accept the task in your faction’s home base and read through the quest window.
Once you are ready, call in transport and travel to the Sawmill region. You can pick any landing zone for the approach.
After you reach it, get to the map location marked with a circle in the image. The truck should be present at the center of the area.
It is easy to find with the map as the Fuel Truck is located directly at the point where the letter “W” of the word Sawmill is written.

Walk up to the truck and check the sides. You will find that a panel is open and has some gauges inside it.
Interact with this box on the truck’s side to complete the objective of the mission.
Once done, you can start going back to the nearest landing zone.
