Midfielder Jorginho, who has been linked with a move away from Chelsea for some time now, could leave Stamford Bridge this summer. The Italy international was a key player at the club after the arrival of Tuchel. Jorginho's experience, passing and composure were crucial in Chelsea winning the Champions League.
