Chelsea making a triple move?

Hello and welcome to Sportskeeda’s daily transfer news and rumours roundup. Today’s biggest stories come from England with Premier League champions Chelsea and Liverpool both making bids for big signings. Elsewhere Manchester United and Arsenal are also lining up moves, on that note let’s take a look at today’s top stories.

Chelsea submit £55 million bid for Marco Verrati and eye Aubameyang and Monaco’s Bakayoko

According to the Metro, Chelsea have submitted a £55 million bid for PSG’s Marco Verrati. The reports suggest that PSG are willing to sell the Italian midfielder and he is considering a move to Stamford Bridge to play under Antonio Conte again like he did for the Italian national side. The Blues are planning on luring Verrati by offering him a significant improvement on his £ 120,000-a-week contract at PSG.

Meanwhile, the Telegraph reports that Chelsea are also targeting Monaco’s Tiemoue Bakayoko and are preparing a £43 million bid for the 22-year-old midfielder. The paper says that Antonio Conte is going to be handed a £200 million war chest after lifting the Premier League title.

Tuttomercatoweb in Italy report that Chelsea have joined the race for Borussia Dortmund’s Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and could cough up Dortmund’s £50 million asking price. The striker has netted 37 goals for Dortumund in all competitions and is wanted by a host of European teams and Antonio Conte wants the Gabonese striker to be the long term replacement for Diego Costa according to the report.

Liverpool’s Mbappe bid rejected

Liverpool have played this entire season without a recognised striker and are planning on changing that this summer. Marca in Spain reports that Monaco have rejected a €75 million bid from the Reds for their highly coveted youngster Kylian Mbappe. Europe’s top clubs are chasing the 18-year-old forward after his sensational breakout season and winning the Ligue 1 title with the French club.

Monaco’s board estimate Mbappe is worth at least €100 million and is holding out for a fee in that region from one of Europe’s big clubs.

Mourinho wants Jan Oblak and Radja Nainggolan

Nainggolan: Old Trafford calling?

The Mirror reports that Manchester United are targeting Atletico Madrid’s Jan Oblak if David De Gea leaves the club for Real Madrid this summer. Oblak is highly regarded by Mourinho and the Red Devils may move to sign him if they fail to convince De Gea to stay on.

While Sky Sports reports that United are in for AS Roma’s Radja Nainggolan and are preparing to submit a bid for the Belgian midfielder. However, Nainggolan has stated that he is happy in Rome but Mourinho could convince him to change his mind as the Portuguese tactician looks to add more bite to his United midfield.

Arsenal lining up Juventus’ Mario Lemina and Danilo could replace Bellerin

Mario Lemina: On the move again?

According to The Standard, Arsenal have set their sights on Juventus’ Mario Lemina to add more quality to their midfield. The Gunners are planning a £20 million bid to land the 23-year-old and the player is reportedly available for a transfer. Lemina has made just 15 Serie A starts since joining from Marseille and is in favour of the move.

Meanwhile, Barcelona are believed on the verge of signing Hector Bellerin from Arsenal according to Don Balon and the Gunners are planning on replacing the 22-year-old Spanish wing-back with Real Madrid’s Danilo.
