PSG’s Marquinhos wants to move to Barcelona
- Porto have announced Nuno Espirito Santo as their new coach, just two days after sacking Jose Peseiro. The 42-year-old former goalkeeper has signed a two-year deal with the
Portuguese club.
- According to BBC reports, Roberto Di Matteo has been appointed as the new manager of Aston Villa. Di Matteo won the Champions League with Chelsea in 2012 and will be assisted by former Blues team-mate Steve Clarke. The Italian Mastermind’s first task will be to eliminate underperforming players on long contracts, while bringing in players suited to the physical challenges of the Championship with the extensive funds already promised by new owner Tony Xia.

- Paris Saint-Germain defender Marquinhos is desperate to leave the French capital this summer as he eyes a move to Barcelona, according to Brazilian media outlet UOL Esporte. Manchester United, Chelsea and Manchester City are also in the race to sign the defender, but the 22-year-old is reportedly keen to link up with Brazilian teammate Neymar at the Catalan club. It is also believed that PSG will want at least €50million for Marquinhos if they decide to sell the player.
