Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1: All Bounty Board locations

Bounty Boards have existed in Fortnite since Chapter 2. As the name suggests, it allows players to accept contracts to eliminate specific targets during a match. If they succeed in this task, they will be rewarded with 75 Gold Bars.

If they fail and the contract expires or the target meets an untimely end, only 10 Gold Bars will be awarded. For those looking to make some extra income by completing bounties in-game, the first step will be to find a Bounty Board.

Every Bounty Board location in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1

Unlike Chapter 3, this time around, Bounty Boards are far and few between. Despite offering significant utility in terms of adding dynamic objectives and awarding Gold Bars to players, only 13 Bounty Boards currently exist on the island.

To make finding them easier, their locations will be divided into two parts on the basis of which biome they're located in. With that said, here are all the Bounty Board locations for Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1.

Bounty Boards in the Grassland Biome

Seeing how the grasslands of the Chapter 4 map are far more hospitable, it makes sense to add the bulk of Bounty Boards to this biome. In total, there are 10 that players can find and interact with:

• Breakwater Bay
• The Citadel
• Anvil Square
• Rocky Docks
• Shattered Slabs
• Pleasant Passage
• Frenzy Fields
• Humble Hamlet
• Faulty Splits
• Slappy Shores

While all of these locations are easily accessible, Rocky Docks, Humble Hamlet, and Frenzy Fields are the best locations to grab a bounty. Since they're fairly secluded, the odds of running into opponents early on is low.

Bounty Boards in the Snow Biome

As players may already be aware, the snow-covered biome in Chapter 4 features icy and inhospitable terrain. Without proper mobility tools, rotating out of this area can be a hellish challenge at times. Nevertheless, three Bounty Boards can be found in these frozen wastelands. Here are their locations:

• Cold Cavern
• Brutal Bastion
• Lonely Labs

Out of these three locations, the Bounty Board at Lonely Labs is the easiest and safest choice. Despite the area seeing some early-game fights, it's relatively quiet for the most part.

Are Bounty Boards useful in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1?

While Bounty Boards can be used to earn Gold Bars, that's not their primary utility. Since they provide players with an indication as to where the bounty target is, this can be used to gain a tactical advantage. Players can secure high ground to obtain favorable shooting angles or cut off the bounty target and pin them down.

If required, they can even use this information to avoid directly engaging the target or leading them into an ambush. When playing in squads, this tactic can also be used to focus fire on one target to take them down effectively and quickly.

Whichever is the preferred approach or tactic, Bounty Boards are useful nonetheless. When playing as a squad, each player can accept one bounty from the same board. This allows players to camp in one Bounty Board location and hunt up to four opponents in that area.
