Will Klombo return in Fortnite Chapter 4?

Epic Games is all set to release Fortnite Chapter 4 in a few days. With just over 10 days remaining before the new Chapter rolls out, players are eager to know what to expect. One of the biggest questions is whether Klombo will be returning to the Battle Royale island.

Klombo has been through an interesting journey ever since he came out of the frozen ice back in Chapter 3 Season 1. The adorable dinosaur soon became the most-loved creature on the island.

Unfortunately, Epic Games vaulted Klombo in the very next season. In fact, it was revealed that Klombo had died in the meantime, and his skull was found on the Chapter 3 Season 3 map.

Klombo might return in Fortnite Chapter 4

For the uninitiated, Klombo was a creature introduced in Chapter 3 Season 1. Players could feed him special berries or other items in return for exotic and legendary weapons. Besides his utility, he was an adorable presence to have around the island and cheered players up. Clearly, his demise disappointed the majority of Loopers.

Ever since Klombo's skull confirmed his death, many have been actively hoping for the adorable dinosaur to return to the game. Unfortunately, players were let down after Klombo didn't show up in Chapter 3 Season 4.

Therefore, when Chapter 4 was announced, it came in as a sight for sore eyes. A new map and storyline could open new doors for the return of Klombo in Fortnite Chapter 4.

Nothing concrete confirms that the adorable dinosaur is on its way to the next Battle Royale island, dubbed Asteria. However, in a recent video, popular YouTuber SypherPK mentioned that Klombo might return in the upcoming Chapter. In fact, there are reports of flying animals coming to Fortnite Chapter 4, and players can ride on the back of Klombo across the skies.

Unreal Engine 5 can bring back Klombo in Fortnite Chapter 4

Epic Games is all set to release the state-of-the-art Unreal Engine 5 sometime after the next Chapter comes out. This will completely change the way the game is played.

This also means that the developers can use the all-new 3D graphics engine to create a never-seen-before version of Klombo. Since UE5 won't be available as soon as the new Chapter starts, players might have to wait a few seasons for Klombo to return.

Epic Games has often listened to its Battle Royale community. Reports suggest that fan-favorite character Midas is all set to return to the game. In addition to the return of the Golden King, anti-hero Dr. Slone might also make a comeback, but rumors have it that she has changed sides.
