B. Ogbeche 45'
6' C. McHugh
90+5' PEEP! PEEP! PEEP! And, Kerala Blasters have won the game as the full-time whistle brings music to the ears of home fans. It has finished Kerala Blasters 2-1 ATK in the first match of the Hero ISL Season 6. Here is Abhishek Kundu saying goodbye. Do follow Sportskeeda to get the latest Indian Football and ISL updates.
90+5' Last minute of the game. And, the ball is on the corner at ATK's opposite end.
90+4' MISS! And, that just might be the last chance which ATK have missed. Balwant Singh gets a free header from Edu Garcia corner kick. But it is inches wide. The disappointment in his game sums up ATK's performance tonight.
90+3' Bartholomew Ogbeche gets the Hero of The Match award
90+3' Kerala Blasters make their last substitution.

ON- Raphael Messi Bouli
OFF- Mario Arques
90+2' Mouhamadou Moustapha Gning goes in the book as ATK have another free-kick. But then, nothing comes off it.
90+1' Halicharan goes past Prabir Das but his pass is awfully poor. The game stays 2-1. Ogbeche was free at the centre and that should have been 3-1.
90' 5 Minutes added on. Can ATK pull one goal back here?
90' And, Arques stretchers off the field. Massive blow to Kerala Blasters.
88' A nasty elbow from Agus Garcia, taking revenge from the earlier playacting by the Nigerian. He goes into the book but he doesn't mind it.
87' ATK are sending in the crosses but the Kerala Blasters defenders are standing tall.
86' Kerala Blasters on the counter as Mario Arques makes the run on the left flank. He tries to find Ogbeche, who is the lone target, but Arindam parries the danger.
The attendance figures are out. It is 36298. Man, it looks certainly more than that. The capacity is 65000 and there are very few empty seats.
85' ATK players are complaining of handball inside the penalty box but have a corner to their disposal.
84' Edu Garcia with a good free-kick but Jairo Rodrigues comes on the last minute to head the ball for a corner kick.
83' ATK throw the kitchen sink by bringing on a striker for a midfielder.

ON- Balwant Singh
OFF- Pronay Halder
81' And, the crowd is on their feet as the fan favourite, the local lad is here.

ON- Sahal Abdul Samad
OFF- Jeakson Singh

80' SHOT! Ogbeche sees a host of red and white shirts and a very little yellow. The Nigerian goes from the distance out of excitement to get his hat-trick but it flies wide.
79' After a poor clearance by the ATK defenders, Ogbeche lays it off for Halicharan who is totally free. But, the Assamese midfielder shoots it at the sky. Still 2-1 here for Kerala Blasters.
78' Kerala Blasters wins a corner now. Moustapha Gning's cross is averted by David Williams.
77' He goes for glory from 40-yards out but the shot balloons away for a goal kick.
76' ATK shows off his dribbling skills in the centre of the park and entices Jeakson Singh to take him down. Edu Garcia takes his first free-kick.
74' ATK make their second change. A Spaniard comes on for another Spaniard.

ON- Edu Garcia
OFF- Javi Hernandez
73' And, Mohammed Rakip takes down David Williams. The 19-year-old bullies the Aussie and ATK waste another set-piece. This has been the plan for Kerala Blasters so far, and it has paid dividends.
71' ATK have a corner here. Jeakson Singh gets at the ball first as Roy Krishna is happy to see the ball off for a corner. But, the one taken by Javi Hernandez is wasteful once again.
70' Javi Hernandez goes into the book now. The second one for the visitors.
68' MISS! Roy Krishna's first touch lets him down once again. A beautiful cross from the right flank sees the Fijian through on goal. But, his first touch is towards the onrushing defender Jairo Rodrigues and he gets the tackle right as the ball travels safely to the hands of Bilal Khan.
66' CHANCE! And, Roy Krishna almost equalizes for ATK. Ogbeche mistimes his clearance. And, the Fijian has a shot at goal from the hand-shaking distance of the goal. But then, substitute Mario Arques is there at the right place at the right time to avert the danger.
65' ATK make their first change. They are taking off one of the central defensive midfielders.

OFF- Jayesh Rane
ON- Sehnaj Singh
64' Kerala Blasters make their first change. Former Jamshedpur FC man, Mario Arques comes on.

ON- Mario Arques
OFF- Sergio Cidoncha
63' CHANCE! Ogbeche with a peach of a pass towards Prasanth K. But, he gets the ball stuck in between his feet and has to lay it back for Rakip. Moustapha comes all the way from the center of the midfield to head it home but it is wide.
62' That is dirty from Ogbeche. He is playacting to be down on the pitch. He claims Agus punched him down but replays show he didn't even get a touch.
61' Krishna breaks past his marker and runs down the right wing. He tries to hit the arm of Blasters defender Jairo. But then, the ball comes off his knee.
58' ATK have another free-kick as Halicharan fouls Prabir Das. Atleast expect Javi Hernandez to deliver a better delivery. No, it is way too short.
56' One word. Awful. Don't know what Javi Hernandez was thinking, he just smacks the ball at the edge of the wall. No danger for Kerala Blasters.
55' ATK have a foul in a dangerous position. Soosairaj gets smacked right in the face from Zuiverloon's arm. And, it is right on the edge of the penalty box.
50' ATK have a couple of set-pieces in the second half early on but all of them is wasteful. Buckle up, guys!

49' Halicharan brings down Prabir Das and ATK have a free-kick on the left flank. What can they get from here?
46' How did that not go in? ATK's David Williams missed the goal from two yards out. A quick corner ends in his feet after a rebound and he has to slide down to get at the end of the ball. But the resultant shot is wide. He is complaining as Moustapha Gning held his shirt and pulled him down but the referee is not kind to ATK today.
46' PEEP! And, the second half is underway here in Kochi.
45+2' PEEP! PEEP! There is the half-time whistle. A highly entertaining first half comes to an end with Kerala Blasters up front. Some questionable decision have gone definitely against ATK's favour. They should have three goals in their bag by now. Kerala Blasters should consider themselves lucky to be in the driver seat after their defense committed a lot of clumsy fouls.
45' 1 Minute added on.
45' GOOOOOOAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLL! Ogbeche gives Kerala Blasters the lead.

Right at the cusp of halftime, he gives them the lead. The ball is cut back from the right flank by Sergio and Pronay doesn't bother to lunge a challenge. Ogbeche whizzes the ball past the goalie and the shot lands right on the top corner.
43' CHANCE! Prabir Das floats a beautiful cross from the left back. Bilal Khan is lost in two minds and Krishna has a free header. But, the Fijian fails to get his head over the ball but gets it under. As a result, the ball goes over the bar for a goal-kick.
40' Kerala Blasters with a brilliant one-two on the right flank and moves the ball quickly from one end of the pitch to another. But, his cross misses everyone and the danger is averted.
38' Prasanth takes a shot from outside but it's a total miscue. Arindam can see those ball go off the line all day along.
35' The goal has given Kerala Blasters much-needed confidence. They are passing the ball around nicely. Pronay Halder pulls Gning down just ahead of the centre-line but nothing comes out of the resulting free-kick.
34' Some interesting stats for all the nerds. Kerala Blasters have 61% possession. Surprised? Well, they haven't made the most of the chances, then.
30' It's Ogbeche vs Arindam. And, Ogbeche wins the duel. Arindam had guessed it right but the shot had too much venom in it. The fans are on their feet as the scoreline is level.
28' And now, Kerala Blasters have a penalty! Pronay Halder tugs the shirt of Jairo and brings him down after Ogbeche hits the bar. Kerala Blasters have a golden opportunity to make it 1-1.
27' PENALTY? No, says the referee. Sooosairaj dribbles past his marker and Cido takes him down clumsily. But, the referee turns a blind eye to it and ATK players are furious. That's a clear penalty, man!
26' SHOT! Jessel Carneiro takes a long-range shot but it is inches wide. The former Dempo-man needs to get better accuracy if he wants to taste glory.
24' OFFSIDE! David Williams slams the ball into the back of the net after Roy Krishna lays him. But, the assistant raises the flag. Replays show he is clear onside. The Aussie is furious.
23' Jayesh Rane fouls Sergio Cidoncha again. He needs to be careful. He is already on a yellow. Doesn't want to get sent off.
21' MISS! Krishna breaks past one, breaks past two, and brushes past three in his run from halfway line to the penalty box. But, he decides to lay it for Javi Hernandez rather than going for glory but the Spaniard is a bit late and the ball rolls for a goal-kick.
20' CHANCE! Kerala Blasters with two brilliant crosses from either of the flanks but the ATK defender Agus Garcia stands tall and heads the ball away.
18' Jairo Rodrigues goes into the book for bringing down Roy Krishna. A very professional foul from the Brazilian as Krishna would be through on goal had he not tackled him mercilessly.
15' Jayesh Rane goes into the book for kicking the ball after the whistle after a foul was awarded to ATK. That's not needed especially when you are leading in the game.
14' Good high-pressing football from ATK. Prabir Das wins the ball from Jessel Carneiro in the final third and swings in a cross. But, he has moved past the byline and the referee awards Kerala Blasters the goal-kick.
11' CHANCE! How did ATK bottle that? Bilal Khan comes off the penalty box and misses the ball completely. Javi Hernandez has an empty goal at his disposal but he takes too much time and the danger is finally averted.
10' Jairo Rodrigues takes the free-kick beautifully but the ball dips a tad late and the scoreline remains the same.
9' And, Kerala Blasters now have a free-kick in a dangerous position. Pronay Halder barges down Bartholomew Ogbeche.
6' GOAL! And, ATK is 1-0 up here in Kochi. Agustin Garcia heads the ball backwards in the path of Carl McHugh from the free-kick, who slams the ball home with his first attempt past a full-stretched Bilal Khan. ATK has the 100th goal in ISL in their bag and an early lead to cherish.
5' FOUL! Jeakson sweeps the legs of Jayesh Rane and ATK have a free-kick in a dangerous position.
3' Igor Stimac in attendance! The head coach had said that he has earmarked a couple of ISL games to see from close action as it would be important from the standpoint of the selection of the national team. Is this game one of those?
1' Halicharan Narzary is up on the left flank but Pritam Kotal is not giving him any room. He eventually gets to the byline to fly in a cross but it is directionless and goes out for a goal-kick to ATK.
1' KICKOFF! Kerala Blasters get us undergoing here in Kochi!
Pictures taken? Check. Hands shaken? Check. After the commercial break is the kickoff!
The National Anthem is up next!

The internationally acclaimed dance group, The Kings, is up next. They show brilliant co-ordination and acrobatics to rock the stage on some Bollywood songs.
Disha Patani is on the floor! She dances to the tunes of instrumental songs before rocking Bollywood songs 'O Saki Saki', 'Let's Nacho', 'Slow Motion.'
Khuri Irani takes the 'Fair Play' pledge on behalf of all the teams. We see the captains Bartholomew Ogbeche and Pritam Kotal alongside the owners of Kerala Blasters and ATK with umbrellas as it is raining heavily. But, it hasn't dampened the spirit.
A 'Shor-O-Meter' is on the ground and after two failed attempts, the Kerala Blasters fans finally break the meter.
Khuri Irani introduces us by thanking the Kerala Blasters fans. She says the fans broke the decibel system on quite a number of occasions in the previous editions and this time requests them to make some noise.
The Opening Ceremony is finally underway.

Trivia for the fans

ATK has scored 99 goals in all the five editions of ISL so far. If they score today against Kerala Blasters, it would be their 100th goal. Kerala Blasters haven't lost to ATK since the 2016 ISL Final. Can they keep their unbeaten streak against their arch-rival intact? Watch the game to find out.
PROBABLE LINE-UPS:

Kerala Blasters: Bilal Khan, Abdul Hakku, Gianni Zuiverloon, Jairo Rodrigues, Lalruatthara, Mario Arques, Halicharan Narzary, Sahal Abdul Samad, Samuel Lalmuanpuia, Sergio Cidoncha, Bartholomew Ogbeche

ATK: Dheeraj Singh, Pritam Kotal, John Johnson, Agustin Iniguez, Prabir Das, Pronay Halder, Carl McHugh, Jayesh Rane, Michael Soosairaj, David Williams, Roy Krishna
Three ATK players to look out for:

Roy Krishna: Undoubtedly, the biggest draw of this ISL season, the Fijian international has big expectations to fulfil. The Indian-origin is expected to storm past the Kerala Blasters and score plenty of goals for ATK.

David Williams: Partnering him upfront will be his former Wellington Phoenix team-mate. The duo was deadly in the A-League last season and will bring their art to India.

Michael Soosairaj
: Such is the attacking unit of ATK that it is still uncertain whether Michael Soosairaj will start the game. The former Jamshedpur FC winger will play in the left flank and is ready to up his game after missing out on India's team.
Three Kerala Blasters players to look out for:

Sahal Abdul Samad: After earning a national team call-up by Igor Stimac, the local lad returns to club football with Kerala Blasters. He should be operating at the centre of the park in the attacking midfielder position and wreack havoc for the ATK defenders.

Bartholomew Ogbeche: The captain for this season, Ogbeche, will be their lead striker and will ensure there is no dearth of goals. The Nigerian is known for his exquisite finishing and the defenders should be wary of him.

Gianni Zuiverloon: In the absence of Jhingan, the Dutchman will helm the defense line at the centre-back position. Zuiverloon had a good season with Delhi Dynamos last time around and would be eager to produce a similar showing for Kerala Blasters this time around.
Head-to-head record favors ATK!

Kerala Blasters and ATK have faced each other a total of 12 times, with the former winning twice. ATK have had the upper hand on four different occasions with the game finishing on a level score six times.
David Williams promises lots of goals for ATK.

The former Wellington Phoenix striker said that ATK will play attacking football and the opposition should be wary of the goalscoring threat they will bring into the game.

"With ATK, you will get goals. We have some great players, not just foreign players. We have some very good, talented Indian players, who when they get their chance, they can show what they can do. Goals are what we have in training. I promise you will see a lot of goals from ATK this season."
ATK coach Antonio Lopez Habas is back at the helm after a gap of five years. However, he brushed aside the comparison with the squad that lifted the ISL 2014 title.

“Football is different from one season to another. The players are different now. It is impossible in football to compare one team with another. For me, my team now is the best.”
Kerala Blasters coach Eelco Schattorie all-praise of ATK squad. Here is what he said ahead of today's ISL match:

"I think ATK have a very good squad, especially upfront. They have good Indian and foreign players who can score goals. In the end, football is about scoring goals. I’m sure they have one of the best teams in the league on paper. We must be ready."
The ISL 2019-20 season kicks off with Kerala Blasters taking on ATK in an Indian Super League encounter at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Kochi. The home side will be led by Eelco Schattorie whereas the away side will be led by Antonio Lopez Habas, who steered the Kolkata side to glory in the inaugural season.
Kerala Blasters and ATK kicked things off last year too, with the former picking up a 2-0 win. But, with both the sides having new managers at their disposal, things may turn out to be different.
Kerala Blasters will be without their former captain Sandesh Jhingan, who tore his ACL muscle while playing in a friendly against NorthEast United FC. ATK, on the other hand, will be without Anas Edathodika and Jobby Justin. The former is serving a one-match suspension after he earned a red card in a Hero Super Cup match. Jobby has to sit out three more matches as he serves his six-match disciplinary ban.
The new-look Kerala Blasters side has some great foreigners in their ranks who have proved their mettle in the previous edition of ISL. Bartholomew Ogbeche, Mario Arques, Sergio Cidoncha, and Gianni Zuiverloon had a terrific outing with their former clubs and will be eager to wear the yellow shirts of Blasters.
ATK have only retained John Johnson and Edu Garcia from their previous lot of foreigners and both may start the match. However, all the eyes will be on Roy Krishna, who was the A-League top scorer last season.
Sahal Abdul Samad will be one player whom everyone should keep an eye on. The poster boy of Kerala football produced a brilliant display against Qatar for the Indian national team. But, couldn't come handy in their match against Bangladesh as Igor Stimac didn't play him in an advanced position.
When and Where to Watch: Kerala Blasters vs ATK Hero ISL match will kick-off at 7:30 p.m. IST and will be live on the Star Sports Network and Hotstar.
