Dana White recently responded to Dan Hardy's allegations about the UFC president's fake concern for Calvin Kattar in the aftermath of his brutal beatdown against Max Holloway.

Hardy claimed that White's concern was all smoke and mirrors as the UFC president was miked up while he was seen asking Kattar to get immediate medical care.

According to White, the mic was courtesy of a documentary that was being filmed during the pandemic. The 53-year-old said during the UFC 280 post-fight scrum:

"I can tell you this. We have never staged anything, ever. And we have a documentary that we filmed during COVID, that's why I was miked. I've never been miked, I was miked because of that. And are you talking about when I was talking about, 'Let's get him straight to the hospital'? Do you know how many fights a week I say that to Hunter to Doc Davidson. No interview, no nothing, that guy goes straight to the hospital."

Dan Hardy responds to Dana White's comments

Dan Hardy was a staple of the UFC commentary team before being fired in early 2021 over a dispute with a female employee while the promotion visited Abu Dhabi.

Hardy claims that the employee was obstructing him in rendering his duties and also insists that he didn't misbehave in any way.

The former UFC fighter recently claimed that Calvin Kattar's beatdown against Max Holloway should have been stopped in the fourth round. According to Hardy, White's fake concerns post-fight were part of a 'posturing and propaganda' to cover up for the UFC

According to Dana White, Hardy was fired for mistreating a female employee and his accusations are a result of the resentment that followed. The UFC head honcho said during the UFC 280 post-fight scrum:

"Dan Hardy was mistreating a woman and that's why he was fired so that's why he is bitter."

Hardy was seemingly shocked by the serious accusations and claimed that White's comments further go on to prove that he was lying. 'The Outlaw' wrote on Twitter:

"Mistreating a woman, @danawhite? How dare you accuse me of such a thing. Clear proof that you were told lies about what happened, and why they steered all of the ‘Dan Hardy’ questions away from you."
