If you want to be as powerful as possible in Diablo 4, Tyrael’s Might is easily one of the best items you can have. The Mythic Unique grants a powerful divine barrage when you're using your skills at full life. You may find it familiar, as it’s essentially the old Flask of Holy Bolts that has since been removed from the game. While there’s no guaranteed drop for it, there are ways to farm it.
Originally added to Diablo 4 in Season 4, Tyrael’s Might is a must-have for virtually every class in the game due to the unique effects it offers. If you want to do as much damage as possible, this is what you want in your loadout. Here’s how you can farm it and what exactly it does for you.
How to farm Tyrael’s Might in Diablo 4
You can farm Tyrael’s Might in Diablo 4 from Duriel, King of Maggots and Echo of Andariel. This means you’ll need a variety of summoning materials to make sure you can fight these two mighty bosses.
For the baseline versions of the boss, here are the materials you need:
- Duriel (Gaping Crevasse, Kehjistan): 2x Mucus-Slick Egg (Echo of Varshan), 2x Shard of Agony (Grigoire, the Galvanic Saint)
- Andariel (Hanged Man’s Hall, Kehjistan): 2x Sandscorched Shackles (Lord Zir), 2x Pincushioned Doll (The Beast in the Ice)
Conversely, you can also choose to fight the Tormented (Level 200) versions of this boss if you’re angling for Tyrael’s Might. If you want to fight either Tormented Duriel or Andariel, you'll need these materials:
- Tormented Duriel: 6x Mucus-Slick Egg, 6x Shard of Agony, 1x Stygian Stone
- Tormented Andariel: 6x Sandscorched Shackles, 6x Pincushioned Dolls, 1x Stygian Stone
The only way to guarantee a Tyrael’s Might in Diablo 4 is to use 4 Resplendent Sparks and 50M gold to craft one. Resplendent Sparks come from breaking down Mythic Uniques, from your first Tormented boss kill, and typically from completing a seasonal loot path for each character.
You can also find Tyrael’s Might by simply completing in-game activities like World Bosses, Nightmare Dungeons, Infernal Hordes, and even Helltides. Virtually any in-game activity can see this item drop, though it is incredibly rare.
Tyrael’s Might’s unique effects in Diablo 4
Tyrael’s Might is an incredible item. It ignores durability loss, grants Damage Reduction, Movement Speed, All Elemental Resistances, +Maximum Resistance to All Elementals, and one very important unique effect:
“While at full LIfe, your Skills unleash a divine barrage dealing 195 damage.”
Anytime you use a skill as a character, it unleashes a wave of holy bolts that can rack up remarkable damage very quickly.
