Kaz Grala is an American national. Kaz Grala is a part-time NASCAR Series driver. He switches between Front Row Motorsports and Rick Ware Racing to run a limited race schedule. He drives the No.36 Ford Mustang Dark Horse at Front Row Motorsports, and the No.15 Ford Mustang Dark Horse for Rick Ware Racing. Grala is one of the youngest achievers in the NASCAR series.

He is the youngest person to reach the NASCAR playoffs. He did so by claiming a spot in the playoffs during the 2017 Craftsman Truck Series season. He is also the youngest winner and pole sitter at Daytona International Speedway.

Grala was only 18 years old when he achieved these feats. He is also the youngest driver to have competed in the IMSA championships at the age of 15. He has only run 19 Cup Series races in 4 years in NASCAR, achieving 2 Top-10s as of July 2024. He has also run 77 Xfinity Series races over 6 years achieving 19 Top-10s in the series. Kaz Grala Background

Kaz Grala was born in Boston, Massachusetts but grew up in the suburbs of Westborough. His father, Darius Grala is a former race driver who competed in the 24 Hours of Daytona. Grala’s father is of Polish ancestry. He graduated high school from Worcester Academy in 2017. He was accepted as an engineering major student in Georgia Tech, however, he refused it, to pursue racing. Grala resides in Mooresville, North Carolina.

Kaz Grala started racing go-karts at F1 Boston in Braintree, Massachusetts when he was 4 years old. He started racing Bandoleros at the age of 10 and won the Summer Shootout in 2011. He also won the New York Legendstock and the Massachusetts Bandolero Outlaws state championships in the same year. He won 15 races and the Winter Heat Championship in Charlotte next year, in the Legend Car Pro Division.

In 2013, Grala made his late model debut in the UARA-STARS competition. He became the youngest winner in the history of the series by winning at Hickory Motor Speedway. He also became the youngest driver to lead laps in the Myrtle Beach 400. He lost the race to Lee Pulliam. He was given Rookie of the Year award in 2013 by Speed 51.
