Todd Gilliland is an American professional stock racing driver, who competes full-time in the NASCAR Cup Series. Todd drives for the team Front Row Motorsports and drives the No.30 Ford Mustang Dark Horse. He is the son of former NASCAR driver David Gilliland, which significantly influenced his racing career. Todd started driving at the age of 3 and started competitive racing two years later. In 2018, Todd began his professional racing career in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, where he gained recognition for his skill in driving.

In 2021, Todd moved to the NASCAR Cup Series, driving the No.38 Ford Mustang for Front Row Motorsports and competed for NASCAR rookie of the year. His first Cup race was the 2022 Daytona 500. On June 5, 2024, Gilliland signed a multi-year extension with Front Row. Todd's achievements include the 2016, and 2017 NASCAR K&N Pro Series West Champion, 2016 Idaho 208 Winner, Winner of the first-ever CARS Late Model Stock Tour race (Southern National, 2015), and the Youngest ARCA Menards Series race winner at just 15 years, 2 days.
