André Morgan Rami Ayew is a Ghanaian international football winger and striker who plays for French club Marseille. Ayew's father Abedi Pele was a professional football player and has a sister, two brothers those are also a footballer. He began his career from Nania at the age of ten and after four years, he joined the senior squad club Marseille. In the season 2008-09, Before playing with Lorient and Arles-Avignon on loan, he made his professional debut for Marseille against Valenciennes in 2007 and made his UEFA Champions League debut against Portuguese. After giving a successful performances to Arles-Avignon, Marseille manager recalled Ayew with a 3-year contract extension and he signed this contract on August 5th, 2010. Ayew represented Ghana in under-20 team that won both the 2009 African Youth Championship , the 2009 FIFA U-20 World Cup and also represented at the 2008 and 2010 editions of the Africa Cup of Nations and the 2010 FIFA World Cup. Though Ayew signed a 1-year contract extension until 2015 in December 2011.
