Corey LaJoie is a second generation professional stock car racer from the USA. He is a full-time driver in the NASCAR Cup Series and also a part-time driver in the Craftsman Truck Series. LaJoie drives for Spire Motorsports in both the Cup Series and Xfinity Series. Corey LaJoie drives the no. 7 Chevy Camaro ZL1 in the Cup Series and the no.7 Chevy Silverado in the Craftsman Truck Series. Corey LaJoie’s racing career started in 1996. He started by competing in karting events and won nearly 19 races on both dirt and asphalt tracks. Corey LaJoie moved to the INEX Bandolero Series in 2003. He scored 12 wins in the series in 2003 and won the Summer Shootout Championship. LaJoie started racing Legends cars in 2005 and in 2006, he moved to the Aaron’s Pro Challenge Series, where LaJoie claimed 10 victories in 12 races.
