In an interview with The Art of Dialogue, which aired on October 7, 2025, Clayton Howard explained why he decided to sue Cassie Ventura and Sean "Diddy" Combs. Howard was one of the many male escorts whom Diddy was accused of transporting across state lines for pr*stitution in his trial. The former escort sued the rapper and Ventura on July 4, 2025, shortly after Diddy was convicted of "transportation to engage in prostitution" but acquitted of s*x trafficking and racketeering conspiracy. In his interview with The Art of Dialogue, Howard stated he was suing Cassie Ventura because he allegedly contracted Chlamydia from her.He also accused the former singer, who testified at Diddy's trial as one of his alleged victims, of lying and manipulating him by "promising [him] money" due to his "less-than-desirable financial position.""I'm suing Cassie because once I became aware of how vast what she was doing was, and I was able to connect the fact that I probably caught Chlamydia because she was sleeping with dozens of men, lying to me, and I learned a lot more about the law," he said."I realized that for years she manipulated me by promising me money I never got, but basically just overselling the situation because she knew I was in a less-than-desirable financial position than I would go for," Howard continued.Furthermore, Clayton Howard said that he was suing Cassie Ventura for the "actual RICO that the government messed up on," referring to himself as the "male victim" whom she allegedly "s*x trafficked." Howard also claimed that Ventura testified she "personally s*x trafficked" him across state lines either by using a travel agent or by asking him to pay for his own ticket. Additionally, Howard alleged that he and Ventura used to have "hours-long conversations" about life and career during the "freak-offs." He added that Ventura never told him that Diddy was forcing her to participate in the s*x acts or that they used condoms to prevent STDs. He further claimed that Ventura used to belittle his girlfriends at the time, calling them "basic b***tches," suggesting her actions didn't align with those of an abuse victim.Clayton Howard previously claimed that Cassie Ventura had aborted their childIn his lawsuit filed on July 4, 2025, Clayton Howard alleged that Diddy and Cassie Ventura hired him to participate in their "freak-offs" for five years while he was a male escort known as "Dave." Howard claimed that the couple had "trafficked" him for "purposes of commercial s*x, using [him] as entertainment to satisfy their s*xual fetishes and personal ambitions." According to TMZ, he alleged that Cassie Ventura had unprotected s*x with him and became pregnant, further claiming that she underwent an abortion without telling him. In the lawsuit, the former escort also alleged that Ventura continued to have unprotected s*x with him, and he purportedly contracted a s*xually transmitted disease (STD) from her. In a June 2025 interview with RadarOnline, Howard expanded on these abortion claims, saying:"She [Ventura] told me that she had been pregnant and was sure it was my child. She started to cry and said she was sorry. She claimed that she hadn’t wanted to do it. I had no choice but to forgive her… She still had unprotected s*x with me, and that was the strange part for me. I didn’t want to have unprotected s*x with her; I wanted to put a condom on. But she insisted on it. She told me she was on birth control now, so we didn’t have anything to worry about."Cassie Ventura attends the "Mobland" New York premiere at SVA Theater on March 31, 2025, in New York City. He claimed that his encounters with Ventura and Diddy left him with "physical and psychological injury, lost wages and benefits, medical expenses, pain and suffering, emotional distress and mental anguish, plus loss of enjoyment of life."In his most recent interview with The Art of Dialogue, Clayton Howard shared his thoughts on Cassie Ventura's letter to Judge Arun Subramanian before Diddy's sentencing, in which she wrote about her trauma after her relationship with Diddy. According to Hot New Hip Hop, the former escort suggested that Ventura "made the decision to undergo that trauma.""Hearing the parts I heard about her still having nightmares and all of this... the trauma that was impacted on her life, she's gonna feel it for years, but the truth of the matter is that she made the decision to undergo that trauma. I wasn't aware of the true nature of the situation...But you know who knew about everybody in that situation? Cassie, because Cassie was letting all of us run up in her."In other news, Diddy was sentenced to 50 months in prison for two counts of "transportation to engage in pr*stitution" during his sentencing on October 3, 2025.
