I graduated with a triple major course in Sociology, Psychology, and English Literature from Christ University in 2018. I have an MSc in Counseling Psychology from the Indian Institute of Psychology and Research. I have conducted research on the topic of 'Self-efficacy and its impact on the quality of life in emerging adults.
