10 WWE superstars vs. Hollywood monsters dream matches

EDITOR’S NOTE: The opposite monster characters need to be changed as they are exactly matching those of WWE’s official site. Please make new matchups and resubmit this.Admit it, almost everyone in the WWE Universe has a dream scenario where we wanted to see the movie characters jump in between the ropes and fight someone from the WWE roster.Over the years, we’ve seen numerous guest appearances on the WWE shows but most of them promoted the actor as himself rather than the character.Though it would be nearly impossible to see an actor getting into the ring and play out his character in a wrestling match, we fans doesn’t have to pay any taxes for dreaming do we?So after seeing which film characters would be played by the superstars, here is a look at all those mouthwatering dream matches that could come out of the WWE – Hollywood cross over.

#10 Randy Orton vs. Hannibal Lecter (Silence of the Lambs)

Hannibal Lecter might’ve appeared in many Hollywood films but it was Silence of the Lambs which still stands out for portraying the cannibal at its best.

Lecter is someone who likes to play a lot of mind games with his opponent and break him psychologically before having his liver with fava beans. He is one of the most scariest and vicious characters to come out of Hollywood while Orton has a similar upbringing in WWE.

The Viper has his own arsenal of mind games up his sleeve and the promos between these two are going to make it must watch television for everyone.

#9 Ghostface (Scream) vs. Seth Rollins

Before the Scary Movie came in and made a mess out of the Ghost face in Scream, he was legitimately scary. The idea of Ghost face was to taunt his victims before the actual killing by involving them in some creepy phone conversation.

Rollins on the other hand is someone who is known for stabbing his brothers in the back. He would go to all the limits to reach his goals and has an aura of unpredictability all around him.

So with these two facing off, it would be the taunting Ghost face trying to keep up with the Architect who is cold blooded and selfish which makes up interesting dynamics.

#8 Paige vs. Samara (The Ring)

Samara’s video tape haunted everyone who watched it as she personally went for a deadly visit for the viewers before the seven day mark.

The name of the game was intimidation for the monster in The Ring. She made the process of crawling through the television look cool but Paige is not someone who gets intimidated easily.

After ruling the NXT women’s division, Paige came into the main roster by doing something that the entire divas division wasn’t able to do. She won against the crazy AJ Lee and didn’t seem to have effected a bit by all the craziness around.

#7 Brock Lesnar vs. Michael Myers (Halloween)

Lesnar and the depiction of Michael Myers in 2007 have a lot in common. Myers was someone who had brute strength while not caring about what is right and what is wrong. He had a lot of frustration to unload and the way he chose to do the same wasn’t pleasant to say the least.

WWE’s missing champion also has almost all those traits. He is towering with his size and has unmatched strength and viciousness when it comes to being in the ring.

Lesnar also has this ‘doesn’t care about anything attitude which make the feud between these two more interesting if it was to happen in real life.

#6 AJ Lee vs. Carrie (Carrie)

AJ Lee and Carrie are two girls that taught us to think twice before pulling off a prank on the crazy ones. Carrie was the teen who got selected as a prom queen only to be bathed in some pig blood by the pranksters.

Carrie then went on to seek revenge for this and burnt down the whole gymnasium while everyone was locked inside it.

AJ Lee has been no different. She has taken care of all the men and women that took her lightly while impressing everyone with her craziness at the same time. A match between these two crazy chicks would be something for the boys to watch out.

#5 Gold & Stardust vs. Killer Klowns from Outer Space (Killer Klowns from Outer Space)

Some good old tag team action now and who better than to start things off with than the reigning tag champions. Stardust and Goldust are two characters that could be taken up into any Hollywood horror film due to the amount of creepiness that they bring into the table.

And speaking of creepy guys, the Killer Klowns that came from some other part of the also had this ability to unsettle people with an awkward nature.

Clowns being scary might be the last thing that most people would want and the same clowns going up against two heavily painted men would make matters more interesting.

#4 The Wyatt Family vs. The Sawyer Family (The Texas Chainsaw Massacre)

We’ve seen singles matches and traditional tag team matches. Now it is time for some multiple men show down. Things like love, fun, and care will surely cross our minds when we hear the word ‘family’.

Well, for some wrestling and Hollywood fans, ‘family’ brings a whole different scene into their mind. The creepiest family in the wrestling business at this moment has to be Wyatt Family. The trio has gone on to redefine certain terms in the dictionary making them a rare breed.

At the same time, in Hollywood, the Swayer family from Texas Chainsaw Massacre formed a parallel to the Wyatts. A full on battle between the two families would be violent and bloody for sure.

#3 Roman Reigns vs. The Zombies (Dawn of the Dead)

WWE has a great love for Zombies as we know but the Zombies from Hollywood are a bit different. They do not wrestle and is awfully slow meaning that a one on one situation can even be won by John Cena.

That however wouldn’t be the case when they come in a group. There is a lot of vision and array of moves needed to get over a wave of these half dead ones.

Reigns has established himself as one of those superstars who woo the fans with the flashy moves. His Superman punch and Sphere pulled off many times to fend of that wave of Zombies would be a good sight and this idea is so good that the company should consider making a new movie under their production house.

#2 Brothers of Destruction vs. Freddy Krueger (Nightmare on Elm Street) & Jason Voorhees (Friday the 13th)

Two guys who are scary and mysterious individually. They have this individual identities that ooze out an aura of creepiness and if they come together to form a team, it would be a duo to watch out for.

The above mentioned traits apply for both the Brothers of Destruction and the team made up of Freddy Krueger and Jason Voorhees. While the former team members have been haunting the WWE Universe for decades, the vicious killing of Krueger and Voorhees stands out in the Hollywood.

A battle between these four men would be a complete blood bath and the in ring phycology between these monsters would be so good that they will probably blow the roof off.

#1 Jack Torrance (The Shining) vs. Dean Ambrose

Jack Torrance was the iconic character of Stanley Kurbick’s Shining and this was one guy who completely lost it. Being isolated in a hotel along with his family derailed Jack big time and all work and no play soon made Jack a dull boy.

Jack had this sheer determination of getting things done and coupled with his madness; it was one hell of a combination.

And if there is someone as unpredictable and lunatic as Jack, it has to be Dean Ambrose. A match made between these two would be nothing short of epic as both men would be trying to figure out who is deeper into the madness.
