Cena has had many feuds for the title as said earlier but the one which stands out from the rest has to be this one.
The Cenation leader from coming off a feud with Khali and was heading to a historic title reign. However, Orton had other plans and he wanted to end Cenas fairytale run.
Orton and Cena then ended in some to and fro battles which went across multiple pay-per-views. It was simple hate that drove the storyline and Orton even went as far as kicking in the head of Cenas father to make his message clear.
They had feuds in the future as well, but the one in 2007 was more intense than the ones which followed.
