Team Liquid is a professional esports organization based in the Netherlands. Founded in 2000, Team Liquid is currently an organization with rosters in multiple gaming titles. After making their entry into esports with Starcraft II: Wings of Liberty, Liquid expanded to games like Fortnite, Counter Strike: Global Offensive, Dota 2, Apex Legends, League of Legends, Valorant, and more over the years.
History
Team Liquid entered professional Valorant in August, 2020 by acquiring the fish123 roster consisting of ec1s, soulcas, Kryptix, L1NK and ScreaM, with Sliggy as coach. The organization has since represented EMEA in various international VCT events, notably Valorant Champions 2021, VCT 2021 Stage 2 Masters Reykjavik, VCT 2022 Stage 1 Masters: Reykjavik, and most recently, Valorant Champions 2022: Istanbul. Team Liquid are also two-time winners of the VCT EMEA Last Chance Qualifiers.

2022
- February 9th - Kryptix left Team Liquid to join MOUZ.
- May 13th - Sliggy decided to step down from the active roster, but remained under contract.
- June 1st - Team Liquid acquired 7Teen as performance coach.
- June 3rd - Team Liquid benched L1NK and signed Dreamas as replacement for a month.
- July 3rd - Dreamas left after his one-month-long contract expired.
- July 29th - L1NK left Team Liquid to join Acend.
- August 5th - Team Liquid released Sliggy from his contract. In his place, eMIL joined as head coach and dimasick joined as their new fifth player.
2021
- January 8th - Team Liquid acquired AverageJonas as streamer.
- February 24th - Team Liquid benched ec1s.
- February 25th - Team Liquid signed Jamppi.
- May 10th - Team Liquid released ec1s from his contract.
- June 24th - Team Liquid signed Bacon9 as analyst.
- September 25th - Kryptix took a personal break. Nivera joined Team Liquid in his place.
- October 13th - Team Liquid signed Tiffae as streamer.
- November 22nd - Team Liquid extended Bacon9’s contract by another year.
2020
- August 7th - Team Liquid entered Valorant by signing fish123 with a roster consisting of ec1s, soulcas, Kryptix, L1NK and ScreaM, with Sliggy as coach.
