On April 19, 2024, ASTRO's Jinjin dropped a special single, Fly, to mark the first anniversary of Moonbin's passing on the group's official YouTube channel (ASTRO 아스트로/ASTRO IS BEST). Jinjin and Moonbin made Fly together as a duet before the untimely death of the latter.
The track Fly is a meaningful tribute to the Moonbin by Jinjin and a special gift to the ASTRO's fandom AROHA, who longed to hear the late idol's voice. The single has received an overwhelming response from fans on the internet, who expressed their gratitude to the leader of the group for releasing the song.
Moonbin was discovered deceased at his home on the evening of April 19, 2023, in the Gangnam district of Seoul by his manager. He was only 25 years old at the time of his passing and left the K-pop community saddened by his departure from the world.

As he did the aforementioned activities on the shore, the background vocals of Moonbin continued.
