Megan Valzonis is an American professional field hockey player, competing in the U.S. National Team. Born on March 15, 1999, in San Diego, California, Megan played field hockey at the University of California where she started playing field hockey. Megan began her journey with the U.S. Under-17 Women's National Team in 2016 and continued to progress, joining the U-19 team in 2017. In 2019, she made her junior international debut with the U-21 team during a test series against Germany.
