#8: Former WWE star Queen Sharmell

  • Born: 2 November 1970 (age 50 years)
  • Sharmell was crowned 'Miss Black America' in 1991
  • Married to Booker T since 2005

Sharmell was contracted with WWE during two separate occasions. Her first run with the company occurred between 2001-2002, where she signed a developmental contract with WWE after being released by WCW. Sharmell suffered an injury and was forced to retire from in-ring work at the time.

However, Sharmell became very popular during her WWE appearances from 2005-2007, thanks to some controversial storylines and her run as Queen Sharmell alongside King Booker that began in 2006.

Booker T and Sharmell also appeared together in TNA.

She gave birth to twins, a boy, and a girl, on August 5, 2010. In a recent interview, Sharmell said she loves working alongside her husband in Reality of Wrestling, which is a promotion that Booker T founded in 2005.

#7: Former WWE Tag Team Champion Darren Young

  • Born: 2 November 1983 (age 37 years)

In WWE, Darren Young was known for his time with The Nexus, followed by forming The Prime Time Players with Titus O'Neil. His storyline as Bob Backlund's protégé was one of Young's last programs before being released from WWE in 2017.

He publicly came out as gay in 2013 and is a relentless LGBTQ advocate as well.

Now he goes by his real name, Fred Rosser. Rosser signed with NJPW in August 2020. Rosser also wrote a couple of exclusives right here at Sportskeeda.
