#1. Hope isn't true: WWE not able to finalize on WrestleMania plans?

Given that WrestleMania is WWE's biggest show every year, it's normal that the biggest matches are planned and built well in advance. That doesn't appear to be the case this year.
There were rumors that WWE plans to bring in some big names like Goldberg and John Cena for WrestleMania, among others. According to Dave Meltzer on WON, there's only one match that WWE has locked in for WrestleMania 37 - Roman Reigns' bout. Sportskeeda's Vatsal Rathod wrote:
15 shocking wrestling couples - Find out now!
According to Dave Meltzer on the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE has only locked in a single match for WrestleMania 37. This bout involves the Universal Champion, Roman Reigns. There's no confirmation on who he will be facing, but it will reportedly not be SmackDown Superstar Shinsuke Nakamura.
