At the height of the NXT rebranding in 2013, an unknown gymnast from Ohio signed with WWE. Going by the name Alexa Bliss, she made her NXT debut with no prior wrestling experience. However, The Goddess used her natural athletic background and evolved into one of the top ladies in all of pro wrestling.
Alexa Bliss has been out of action since her loss to Bianca Belair at the 2023 Royal Rumble. Little Miss Bliss has been taking this time to focus on her newborn baby, who was born last November. Fans are eager for her return, and now with the Wyatt Sicks in the picture, some believe Bliss would be the ideal addition to the faction.
This is our list of four reasons why the Uncle Howdy-led faction needs Alexa Bliss to return:
#4. Joining the Wyatt Sicks would be the ideal way to reintroduce Alexa Bliss to the WWE Universe
Alexa Bliss made her main roster debut in 2016 and quickly showed the world that dynamite does indeed come in small packages. Standing barely over five feet tall and weighing in at 102 pounds, Bliss has the spunk and charisma to make up for her lack of size. During her time on the main roster, Alexa has become one of the top women's wrestlers in the world.
As previously mentioned, the 33-year-old has been out of action for quite a while now. She has spent the past year adjusting to life as a parent. With that said, fans are ready for the three-time WWE Women's Champion to make her return. The RAW and SmackDown rosters are full of great stars, but there is always room for more.
The creative team could reintroduce The Goddess to the WWE Universe as the newest member of the Wyatt Sicks. This could be the perfect way to welcome Bliss back while helping her get rid of any ring rust she may have accumulated.
#3. Alexa Bliss could be the X-factor that the faction needs
Uncle Howdy first appeared on WWE TV at the conclusion of the 2022 Extreme Rules event. Unfortunately, the angle only lasted a short time, and due to Bray Wyatt's untimely passing in August 2023, we will never know what might have been. Thankfully, WWE decided to bring Uncle Howdy back earlier this year, and now we have the Wyatt Sicks, which also consists of Erick Rowan, Dexter Lumis, Joe Gacy, and Nikki Cross.
In the weeks before their mysterious, bloody debut, the company aired multiple cryptic vignettes, including random QR codes that served as subtle hints. The stable eventually made its arrival on RAW in June but has since gone stale.
The WWE Universe is eager to see something significant happen with the supernatural faction. Alexa Bliss could provide that much-needed star power needed to put them over and recreate a buzz among fans.
#2. The Wyatt Sicks is lacking creative direction; Alexa Bliss could be the missing link
Bo Dallas had an incredible run in NXT. He was arguably one of the best NXT Champions the erstwhile black and gold brand ever produced. However, his main roster run during the mid-and late-2010s was nothing to write home about. This new path with the Uncle Howdy persona has all the potential needed for Bo to reinvent himself as one of the top WWE Superstars.
After arriving on RAW in June 2024, Uncle Howdy and his stablemates had an entertaining rivalry with Chad Gable and the American Made. But there hasn't been much beyond that. All the members of the Wyatt Sicks have a ton of creative potential, but it just seems as if the Triple H-led creative team is lost on where to go with them. Alexa Bliss could provide the spark they need to establish a new direction for the stable.
#1. "Finish the story" for The Fiend
There is no question that Bray Wyatt is one of the most creative minds the wrestling world has ever known. One way he expressed his creative ability was with The Fiend character, as well as the creation of The Firefly Fun House angle. Shortly after introducing the WWE Universe to The Firefly Fun House, Bray found himself in an unlikely alliance with Alexa Bliss.
During the storyline with Wyatt, Alexa Bliss discovered a unique side of her personality that fans had never witnessed before. The Goddess and The Fiend tormented the roster week after week until she turned her back on him at WrestleMania 37.
Later on, Bliss made the occasional backstage appearance with Bray but never got to revisit their legendary alliance. Joining the Uncle Howdy-led stable would be a great way to honor Bray's legacy.
