Roman Reigns has certainly come a long way in the WWE ever since debuting as a part of The Shield all the way back in 2012 at Survivor Series alongside Seth Rollins and Jon Moxley fka Dean Ambrose where the trio laid out Ryback. The rest, as they say, is history.

The Shield became the most dominant faction in all of WWE in the next few years with all the three members winning gold on multiple occasions. Reigns' first title came in the form of the WWE Tag Team Championships which he won alongside Rollins after beating Team Hell No at Extreme Rules in 2013.

The Shield would turn face in the build-up to WrestleMania XXX and the three would go their separate ways after Rollins' betrayal. Since his Royal Rumble win in 2015, The Big Dog has been a mainstay in the main event scene of WWE. He has gone on to headline multiple WrestleManias, winning several world titles in the process, and also has the distinction of beating The Undertaker at the Grandest Stage of Them All.

Reigns' rise to the main event scene was obviously controversial and he was booed by the WWE Universe at lengths once upon a time despite being pushed as the face of the company. He seems to have won over the fans now though.
