WrestleMania 36 will always be remembered for re-enforcing the ideology that, ironically, wrestling is never the most important aspect of Professional Wrestling, to begin with.

Bray Wyatt has used this medium as a portrait to conjure his own surrealistic fantasies. However, the Firefly Fun House Match wasn't about Bray Wyatt when you think about it.

The whole matchup was a fantasy designed for John Cena to face his own insecurities as a WWE performer over the years.

Cena is the equivalent of Superman in WWE. The fact that he is regarded as seemingly perfect on the outside is the same burden that Superman has to deal with in the fictional realm of superheroes.

The nWo reference was a reminder of how Cena is often regarded as the guy who used to "bury" his opponents in the past. It was as if Cena was being mocked throughout the match.

Just like how their WrestleMania 30 encounter was supposed to be about Bray Wyatt, last night's Firefly Fun House Match was all about John Cena.

Both men lost in their respective cases, and as a character, Wyatt succeeded at poking through John Cena's seemingly "perfect" image to reveal an insecure man underneath all the hustle, loyalty, and respect.
