Roman Reigns has seemingly begun the transition from WWE to Hollywood, following in the footsteps of The Rock, Dave Batista, and John Cena. Reigns had a cameo in the film The Pickup, starring SNL alumni Eddie Murphy and Pete Davidson.

The OTC played the role of "MMA Champion," and he had a few lines with Keke Palmer. He's also set to play Akuma in the upcoming live-action Street Fighter movie that is scheduled to start filming next month, with Cody Rhodes portraying Guile.

Let's look at five Roman Reigns cameos in movies you might have forgotten:

WWE has found the female Roman Reigns - Check out now!

#5. Countdown (2016) as himself

Roman Reigns' first-ever film role was an uncredited cameo as himself in the WWE Studios film Countdown, starring Nic Nemeth (FKA Dolph Ziggler) and Kane. Reigns had no lines to deliver in the movie and was just warming up backstage as part of a video package for an event.

One of the antagonists in the film wanted to make a transaction, a money drop, during the WWE event. Rusev also had a cameo there, bumping into Dolph Ziggler's character and grabbing his gun, thinking that he was the bad guy.

#4. The Jetsons & WWE: Robo-WrestleMania! (2017) as himself and Roman Reigns' bot

Another WWE Studios production, The Jetsons & WWE: Robo-WrestleMania! had a simple concept, as it featured one of the most iconic cartoon families ever. Roman Reigns voiced himself, as well as his robo clone, which was the main plot of the animated film.

It wasn't Reigns' first-ever voice role in a film, but he wasn't alone. There were a lot of stars in the movie, like The Big Show, Seth Rollins, The Usos, Sheamus, Cody Rhodes as Stardust, and Vince McMahon, among others. This led to another voice role for the animated TV series Elena of Avalor in 2020.

#3. Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw (2019) as Mateo Hobbs

Quite possibly the biggest movie that Roman Reigns has been in thus far is Hobbs & Shaw, which was a part of the Fast & Furious film franchise. The Rock and John Cena have huge roles in the movie series alongside Vin Diesel, Jason Statham, Helen Mirren, Ludacris, and Tyrese Gibson.

Reigns portrayed Mateo Hobbs, one of Luke Hobbs' brothers. Luke was played by The Rock, who is The OTC's real-life cousin via the Anoa'i Family. He mostly did action scenes for the most climactic part of the film, with WWE hyping up his appearance back in 2019.

#2. The Wrong Missy (2020) as Tatted Meathead or Gary

Probably not many fans knew that Roman Reigns had a small role in the film The Wrong Missy in 2020, starring David Spade and Lauren Lapkus. It was a comedy movie produced by Netflix, but it wasn't well-received by film critics.

The reviews were so bad that Spade and Lapkus were nominated for a Golden Raspberry award as an actor and actress, respectively, and as an on-screen couple. As for Reigns, he played the Tatted Meathead named Gary, who confronted Spade's character at the beginning of the film.

#1. Rumble (2021) as Ramarilla

Roman Reigns' second voice role in a featured film was as Ramarilla, a giant gorilla-like monster with ram horns in Rumble. Reigns was joined in the movie by fellow WWE Superstar Becky Lynch, as well as other athletes like Charles Barkley and Chris Eubank.

It could be considered more than a cameo since he was part of the main credits at the end of the movie. The OTC was even billed as Joe "Roman Reigns" Anoa'i, seemingly suggesting that he'll be using his real name for movie roles.
