5 new Tag Teams WWE should form this year

Daniel Bryan is undoubtedly one of the finest singles wrestlers in WWE today and the former WWE Champion is currently on course to becoming a two-time WWE Intercontinental Champion.

In his quest to become a two-time IC Champion, Bryan defeated his former tag-team partner Drew Gulak in the first round of the on-going Intercontinental Championship Tournament. Within a few hours of his win over the former WWE Cruiserweight Champion, it was reported that Gulak had marked his departure from WWE.

With Bryan currently left without a tag team partner, fans would believe that it is finally time for 'American Dragon' to make his full-fledged return to the singles division. However, the formation of a tag team against Shorty G isn't the worst idea, as well.

The former Chad Gable, had previously teased the potential formation of a trio with Bryan and Gulak but with the sudden exit of the latter, maybe Bryan could take the former SmackDown Tag Team Champion under his wing and start working with him as a tag team.

Shorty G hasn't been doing much for himself on the blue brand of SmackDown and pairing up with Bryan would certainly benefit the former a lot. Maybe Shorty G could end up winning the SmackDown Tag Championship once again, this time with Bryan by his side.
