Dolph Ziggler is currently embroiled in a feud with Mandy Rose and Otis after being part of another relationship storyline on WWE TV. But, a few years ago Ziggler was the man who was in the middle of a storyline with Rusev and Lana.

There was an interesting storyline between Rusev, Summer Rae, Dolph Ziggler, and Lana that saw the two couples confront each other several times. At SummerSlam back in 2015, their match ended in a count-out, before Ziggler won the rematch at Night of Champions.

Interestingly the storyline came to an end the following week when it was made public knowledge that Rusev and Lana had become engaged in real life.

John Cena and Nikki Bella were finally able to become an on-screen couple back in 2017 despite being a known couple in WWE since 2013 when both stars became cast members on Total Divas.

Nikki and John opened up a feud with The Miz and Maryse heading into WrestleMania 33 which surrounded the fact that Cena was yet to ask Nikki to marry him despite years of dating. It was a personal feud that culminated in a Mixed Tag Team match at WrestleMania where Cena and Nikki were victorious and then Cena finally asked Nikki to marry him.

It was an emotional moment, but sadly, it wasn't enough to save their relationship. Merely months later the two stars revealed that they had called off the wedding and decided to go their separate ways.
