John Cena is undoubtedly the biggest star to have emerged from WWE. He has won several championships, titles, awards, & other accolades, and has defeated various wrestlers across the globe. Cena has headlined several PPVs, and also has been a part of many WrestleMania main events.
Last year, he suffered a humiliating loss at WrestleMania at the hands of The Undertaker. However, the match was poorly booked and did not live up to its expectations. In 2019, Cena is expected to participate and compete in WrestleMania 35. However, there has been no proper storylines, feuds, or any kind of rivalries introduced for him yet.

#4 Brock Lesnar or Braun Strowman
John Cena has won 16 World Championships, and he tops the list along with Ric Flair for winning the maximum number of world titles. However, John Cena has never won the Universal Championship. Therefore, this blot on his otherwise exemplary career could be removed if he is booked in a match against the Universal Champion.
Currently, Brock Lesnar is the Universal Champion in WWE. Braun Strowman is scheduled to face him at the Royal Rumble for the title. The winner of that match could be made to compete against John Cena for the championship. Cena has faced both Lesnar and Strowman. A match between Cena and any two of these giants would be a treat to watch.

Even though John Cena has defeated several wrestlers of various shapes and sizes, he has never faced someone as dominant and athletic as Samoa Joe.

Seth Rollins is undoubtedly one of the best wrestlers in the WWE today, and he is a man carrying the entire RAW roster on his shoulders. Rollins is the current Intercontinental Champion, and was a WWE Champion as well.
He is an excellent brawler, and has been in feuds with John Cena before. Therefore, a face-off between John Cena and Seth Rollins at WrestleMania would be a delight to watch.
John Cena and Seth Rollins are top notch players, as they can convert an ordinary match into a dream contest. Rollins had an outstanding 2018, and he would love to keep the momentum rolling in 2019 as well.
Cena on the other hand did not compete much in 2018. For him to make up and accelerate his career even further, this match at WrestleMania is a must. The creative team of WWE should plan the match accordingly.
