There is a solid possibility that Roman will come out of this match as the winner and still the Universal Champion.

It would mean that WWE will have to look for another strong competitor for the Head of The Table. However, that won't be an issue because they have already sowed the seeds for a Shinsuke Nakamura and Reigns rivalry.

Two weeks ago on SmackDown, a Gauntlet match was held to determine the No. 1 contender for Roman Reigns' Universal Championship. Nakamura had a strong showing in the match, defeating Baron Corbin and Daniel Bryan clean. However, in the end, Roman Reigns and Jey Uso attacked Nakamura to have Adam Pearce win the match.

Nakamura turned face during the match and has seemingly started a feud with Reigns' family as he defeated Jey Uso in a singles match the next week.

Nakamura is a great babyface and a perfect opponent for Reigns at a pay-per-view like Elimination Chamber. From the roster right now, Nakamura is the only name big enough to be a credible threat to Roman Reigns on his road to WrestleMania.
