#2. Baron Corbin
Despite the fact that Baron Corbin is not very well liked amongst the WWE Universe, he is an important aspect of Raw due to the fact that he is clearly a natural heel. Following his huge win against Kurt Angle at Wrestlemania 35 during Angle's retirement match, it's clear that Corbin has tons of momentum on his side right now.
We saw Corbin appear on Raw the next night, as Angle seemed to have got his comeuppance by nailing Corbin with an Angle Slam. This is a direction that will clearly not hinder Corbin's character, as he can still claim that he was the man that had retired Angle at WWE's biggest PPV event.
A potential rivalry with Reigns would definitely be the next step for elevating The Lone Wolf. Corbin has proven to be a lot more comfortable in his role due to his character change, which has allowed him to be more efficient on the mic.
We have seen Reigns and Corbin have plenty of battles before, with the most notable ones being whilst Reigns was part of The Shield. Rumors suggest that Corbin is also next in line to engage in a rivalry with The Big Dog which would justify his WrestleMania win over The Olympic Gold Medalist.
