The Elimination Chamber pay-per-view will come our way this weekend. And we have one RAW and one SmackDown Live to go before it comes around. I have a feeling that this episode of RAW will be full of twists and turns to power up the pay-per-view. This is because there's hardly any hype for Elimination Chamber at all.

In this article, I shall attempt to suggest 5 surprises to make this show bigger than ever before. Let me know in the comments if you think these surprises will take place. Also, let me know if you'd like them to take place or not.

The road to WrestleMania is still underway but the hype is still not quite there. If you compare this time of the year to past WrestleManias, it does feel a little bit underwhelming.

Here are 5 surprises on RAW that could make the product truly unforgettable.

#5 Balor becomes Intercontinental Champion

WWE needs a feel-good moment with Finn Balor

The Intercontinental Championship match could certainly happen at the pay-per-view. But I daresay that I'd rather have Finn Balor win the Intercontinental Championship on RAW. This would be a definite talking point for the WWE Universe and would actually make the pay-per-view feel much more interesting.

Last week, Finn Balor was supposed to take on Lashley for the title, but he sent his sidekick Lio Rush to wage his battle. This week, Balor could ask Lashley to man up and face Lashley for his prized possession. I do not think Lashley will go over clean if this match does happen.

Balor could then become the Intercontinental Champion and become the workhorse that Roman Reigns was. It would certainly make the title a lot more prestigious than it is right now.

#4 Luke Harper returns to action

Could he potentially take up the coveted Lars Sullivan spot on RAW?
Could he potentially take up the coveted Lars Sullivan spot on RAW?

Not long ago, we heard that Luke Harper would be at the Performance Center, getting ready for a return. The Bludgeon Brothers are obviously no more, with Rowan having allied himself with Daniel Bryan. This is an opportunity for Luke Harper to branch out and prove to the world that he is a very gifted Superstar.

Harper could obviously return in a variety of roles. But if you ask me, I would have him come back as a singles competitor against a top guy on RAW like Rollins. This is because Rollins effectively does not have an opponent before WrestleMania 35 comes around.

Brock Lesnar is obviously not going to show up every single week and build intrigue for the big Universal Championship match. Harper and Rollins can work well together, and it will also keep things interesting before WrestleMania season.

#3 Road Dogg turns on Jeff Jarrett against Elias

This turn could potentially make the feud more interesting
This turn could potentially make the feud more interesting

The WWE Universe has not really enjoyed the ongoing Jeff Jarrett vs. Elias feud as much as WWE believed they would, I suppose. Not even the addition of Road Dogg into the mix made the feud any more exciting.

There was a significant portion of the audience booing the Jeff Jarrett vs. Elias match last week. Rather than drop the program altogether, WWE could do well to well to have Road Dogg turn heel against Jarrett.

This would write Jarrett off television until he returns for another program, and introduce a manager for Elias who could potentially take him to the next level. If your argument is that Elias can talk, need I remind you that CM Punk and Heyman made a great team and so did Bockwinkel and Heenan?!

If nothing else, it'll make Elias' character feel fresh.

#2 Lesnar assaults Rollins with more F5s

Could Lesnar return to inflict more damage this week?
Could Lesnar return to inflict more damage this week?

So, we know that Seth Rollins will be a part of RAW this week. I do not see him competing considering that he just returned from injury. However, it may be okay for him to take a few F5s from Lesnar to build more buzz for the match.

Becky Lynch vs. Ronda Rousey is clearly the hotter program right now and the Universal Championship has been all but forgotten thanks to Rollins missing RAW. It may make sense to have Lesnar show up again to assault Rollins. This would make the WWE Universe believe that Lesnar is finally scared of his competition.

Also how much more can you have Rollins do if he is not at 100% and is coming back from injury? A one-off appearance from Lesnar would be the need of the hour.

#1 Becky Lynch attacks Vince McMahon

She has hit two members of the family already
She has hit two members of the family already

Becky Lynch has confirmed that she will be on RAW again. This violates the terms of her suspension. In the last week, we've seen her sock both Stephanie McMahon and Triple H in the face. Maybe she takes it up a notch on this week's show?

There's a distinct possibility that she hits Vince McMahon in the face on this week's show, I feel. This would certainly get her disqualified from the WrestleMania 35 main event match and allow Charlotte Flair to come in. As much as people hate this move, it will set the stage for a triple threat match.

Moreover, a punch to Vince McMahon's face will establish Becky Lynch as a legendary figure. We know that McMahon is not averse to this considering that he allowed AJ Styles to deck him not long ago.
