#4. Reignite his partnership with Edge

Edge's return to the ring was one of the most shocking in recent memory since the former 11-time World Champion had been on the sidelines for almost a decade. Edge's return to the company has given many retired stars hope of being able to be cleared themselves and Christian could be the next Superstar on that list.

Daniel Bryan's return has also helped strengthen these hopes in the eyes of some fans. There have even been rumors that former Divas Champion Paige could make her return to the ring as well.

Christian was forced to walk away from the ring due to his concussion issues a few years ago, but could there now be an opportunity for him to lace up his boots and return to Edge's corner?

Edge and Christian were quite the formidable tag team back in the day and it was Edge that also played a part in helping Christian become World Champion following his own retirement. Now that Edge has made his comeback, it would be great to see Christian return to reform one of WWE's all-time great partnerships.

Even if the duo only returned for a one-off match, the WWE Universe would surely eat it up. A reunion would allow both Edge and Christian to have the closure that injuries cruelly prevented the first time around.
