3.) The Fiend will defeat Randy Orton in the Firefly Inferno Match at WWE TLC

The Fiend has not forgiven Randy Orton

This Sunday at TLC, Randy Orton must once again face the demons of his past as he takes on “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt. It is unclear what exactly the rules of this Firefly Inferno Match will be. It could be like the rules of the original Inferno Matches, or it could be like the Ring of Fire Match from WWE SummerSlam 2013.

Much like Reigns' bout with Owns, this is a match that took place three years ago. At WrestleMania 33, Orton defeated Wyatt to win the WWE Championship. The two also had a House of Horrors Match at WWE Backlash the same year, and Wyatt emerged victorious at this show. Since then, Orton has returned to his “Legend Killer” gimmick, and Wyatt has transformed into The Fiend.

It is difficult to determine who is the babyface and who is the heel in this feud. On one hand, Orton spent a few months punting legends in the head. On the flip side, The Fiend seems to be mentally manipulating Alexa Bliss. He feels like a heel in this storyline.

Plus, by costing Orton at shot at the WWE Championship, The Fiend somewhat cemented his heelish role. Still, Orton tried to set Wyatt on fire on this week's episode of WWE RAW, so there might not be a clear face in this feud.

Both stars have struggled in high-profile matches recently. Of the two of them, Orton can afford to take a loss here and give The Fiend some much needed momentum. The added stipulation could protect Orton, as he might not have to take a pinfall in order to lose.

With an Edge return potentially on the horizon, WWE is likely trying to run out the clock until he returns. If he does, the rivals will likely pick up where they left off.

Since the rules of this match are unclear at this time, it is hard to predict an outcome. But let's assume that this will be a cinematic match that will have special rules. If that's the case, Bliss will likely help The Fiend defeat Orton.

The monster could throw Orton into the fire, or he could apply the Mandible Claw for the pinfall victory. Either scenario would keep Orton looking strong in defeat, and either one would give The Fiend a victory he really needs.
