#2 An Apollo Crews experiment?

Apollo Crews had one of his best matches in WWE to date when he faced Aleister Black on the RAW after WrestleMania 36. Crews was previously a SmackDown star, but Tom Phillips confirmed that he has made the switch to RAW, vaguely explaining some sort of draft that "expires" soon.
Everybody watching assumed that it would be yet another squash match for Black, especially since Crews had essentially been acting as an enhancement talent to Sheamus on SmackDown before WrestleMania. However, this turned out to be among Aleister Black's top two to three most competitive matches on RAW over the last year.

Nobody expected it, but Crews had a fantastic showing and even though he lost, he looked great in defeat. It appeared as though he had Black's number and minus the excessive commercial breaks mid-match, they got the right amount of time to give Crews a showcase. Could he be among Paul Heyman's potential superstars to push going forward? It would be long overdue, but a big character overhaul is needed for him.
