Over a decade back in 2007, Jonathan Coachman announced The Great Khali had moved to WWE Monday Night Raw. After shifting to Raw, Khali directly went after the WWE Champion John Cena with a desire to become the champ.

Khali attacked all three current contenders to the WWE Championship: Edge, Randy Orton, and Shawn Michaels. Later that night, he attacked John Cena as well and made it clear he was coming for the WWE Championship. The two squared-off at Judgement Day 2007 where Cena retained his title by becoming the first person to make The Great Khali tap-out.

The following night on Raw, Khali expressed his disappointment through his new manager, Ranjin Singh, and asked for a rematch. The Indian giant got his rematch against Cena at One Night Stand in a Falls Count Anywhere match.

As expected, the match was dominated by The Great Khali. However, John Cena pulled out a gem towards the end when he delivered an Attitude Adjustment to The Great Khali from the top of a crane bed.

John Cena went on to defeat The Great Khali. He not only regained his WWE Championship but also became the first man in WWE to pin The Indian Monster.
