With WWE finally pulling the trigger on Roman Reigns' heel turn, there seems to be a lot of doors that have been opened. We're already witnessing a more raw and authentic version of Reigns - something that WWE fans have been desperate to see for years.

He has certainly raised the bar for everyone in WWE, and it's hard to deny that he has been the best performer in the company since returning. There's no doubt that WWE has big plans for Roman Reigns, and those may include matches against legends.

According to WON, WWE is planning a feud against John Cena and Goldberg down the line. Sportskeeda's Lennard Surrao wrote:

There have been reports of WWE possibly lining up Roman Reigns for future matches against John Cena and Goldberg. Dave Meltzer, however, reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that the WWE currently has no immediate plans to hotshot the John Cena vs. Roman Reigns or Goldberg vs. Roman Reigns matches.

We hope this isn't true because the feud against John Cena was over three years ago, and the one against Goldberg is better off not happening. While we admit that the heel turn would make the feud against John Cena far better, these two matches aren't ones that fans may be too keen to see.
