It's almost time to say goodbye to 2019 and welcome in 2020, as many members of the WWE Universe and wrestlers alike make plans for the new year. Mike and Maria Kanellis will welcome their second daughter next year, while former WWE Superstar Stacy Keibler also recently revealed that she will be welcoming her third child in 2020 as well.

It's been a long year for many Superstars, but while some of their careers on-screen have taken a huge knock, it appears that their life off-screen couldn't be better, since there have been many healthy babies making their way into the wrestling world over the past year.

The following list looks at all of the WWE Superstars who welcomed children over the past 12 months.

#5. Tony Nese and his wife Liz

'The Superior Athlete' Tony Nese and his wife Liz welcomed their second child to the world last month and it was the former Cruiserweight Champion who made the official announcement on his Instagram page. Nese announced that he had named his son Eric Nese and also revealed that he weighed a shocking 9 lbs when he was born.

Nese and his wife already have a daughter together, but this is the former 205 Live star's first son. He was congratulated by a number of WWE stars including Tyson Kidd, Kalisto, and Eric Young, while WWE themselves released the following statement on Social Networking site Twitter.

"It's a huge day for Tony Nese as the Superstar welcomed his beautiful baby boy into the world on Friday! Eric Nese, who the proud new dad called "the future #PremierAthlete," was born weighing 9 lbs. Join us in congratulating Tony Nese and his wife on the newest addition to their family."

#4. Shorty G And his wife Kristi

It's been a rollercoaster of a year for Chad Gable since the former Tag Team Champion was just a three-count away from becoming King of The Ring the night after Clash of Champions. Instead of walking away as King, he was given the new title of Shorty G.

Once known as Chad Gable, Shorty G's height has never been a factor in his wrestling career, since he's a former Tag Team Champion on NXT and the main roster alongside Jason Jordan.

While Shorty G has garnered quite the push at the expense of his name, he has had some news worth shouting about this year since his wife Kristi gave birth to their third child back in November.

WWE made the official announcement since Gable was preparing to be part of Survivor Series at the time.

"Charles James Betts was born weighing 9 lbs., and both mother and child are doing great. Shorty G and Team SmackDown will now have a new supporter in their corner heading into Survivor Series."

Gable's child was born the night of the SmackDown invasion of Monday Night RAW ahead of Survivor Series, which meant that he had a good reason for not taking part.

#3. The Miz and Maryse

Maryse is the only woman in WWE history who has been able to announce the fact that she is pregnant on WWE TV twice. The former Divas Champion welcomed her first child last year, a daughter called Monroe Sky, but announced back at Elimination Chamber in February that the couple were expecting a second.

Over the past few months, the WWE Universe have been able to tune in to The Miz and Mrs to witness the couple's ups and downs, and the couple announced the birth of their second daughter, Madison Jade, back in September.

WWE's IT couple has continued to remain on top over the past few years and much like the Bella Twins became so popular with the WWE Universe that they even managed to secure their own reality TV series.

WWE officially announced the arrival of the couple's second daughter on their website noting that Monroe Sky is now a big sister.

"Monroe is officially a big sister, as The Miz and Maryse welcomed their second daughter. Madison Jade Mizanin was born this past Friday morning in Los Angeles."

#2. Matt Hardy and Reby Sky

The most recent arrival on this list, Matt Hardy and Reby Sky (Hardy), welcomed their third child together last week, a son whom the couple revealed was named Bartholomew “Bartie” Kit Hardy.

WWE made the official announcement once again on their website where they made a pun out of Hardy's Woken gimmick.

"There are more “woken” nights ahead for Matt Hardy as he and his wife Rebecca welcomed a baby boy to their family on Wednesday.
Bartholomew “Bartie” Kit Hardy was born weighing 8.6 lbs., and both mother and child are doing great. “Bartie” now awaits his official title as he joins brothers King Maxel and Lord Wolfgang in House Hardy"

Despite the fact that his third child was born just a few days prior, Hardy was still present on Monday Night RAW, where he was defeated by Drew McIntyre, who brought up the fact that Hardy had become a father for the third time on Live TV.

Hardy and his wife Reby already have two sons, Maxel and Wolfgang, so it appears that the second coming of The Hardy Boyz will now have to be a stable rather than a tag team.

#1. JoJo Offerman and Bray Wyatt

It may have been a fantastic year on-screen for Bray Wyatt as his 'Fiend' character took over WWE and led him straight to his first-ever Universal Championship, but off-screen his personal life has been something to shout about as well.

Wyatt has been in a relationship with RAW ring announcer JoJo Offerman for the past few years and in late 2018, the couple announced that JoJo had missed so many RAW dates because she was expecting her first child.

It wasn't an easy feat for the former Total Divas star since her mother recalled that she suffered preeclampsia and was rushed to the hospital to deliver her son much earlier than first planned. The couple's son Knash Sixx Rotunda arrived back in May, even though he wasn't expected to be welcomed into the world until June.

Wyatt has been able to enter back into WWE's world as a different character over the past few months since The Fiend was a product of the Firefly Fun House, which is hosted by Wyatt's children's TV character. It could be worth exploring how much Knash's arrival had to do with Wyatt's latest WWE persona.
