#3 Roman Reigns

It's been over a year and a half since Roman Reigns has held a major title in the WWE. He was initially kept out of the title picture upon his return to allow him to slowly get back into the swing of things. It also helped him out by not immediately pushing him to the moon right away.
The second part of that strategy has worked as Reigns has been receiving perhaps the best receptions he's ever had from the crowd as a singles Superstar. It does help to be going up against one of the best heels in the company over the last few months in the form of Corbin. But the fact still remains that he is the golden boy and is going to be in a title feud sooner rather than later.

His feud with Corbin might continue until Elimination Chamber in March. I'm guessing that the No.1 contender for The Fiend at WrestleMania will be determined in a Chamber match. Wyatt cannot defend the title at that event because it would be five other people to torment rather than just one person at a time.
Reigns also always win matches with title implications. Oh yeah, and there's also the fact that he was originally slated to win the Royal Rumble in order to set up a 'Mania match with the Fiend. It might happen in Tampa (his home state) or it might happen the next month, but The Big Dog will have some gold around his waist this year.
