An earlier report seemed to confirm that he has returned to the ring, as a masked man hitting a G.T.S on Daryck St. Holmes.Punk has been making moves everywhere except pro wrestling. He's recently made his acting debut in a horror film, serves as a commentator for an MMA promotion and also is providing insights on sports shows.But wrestling and Punk can never stay apart forever. It was his passion for professional wrestling that made him a superstar. While he has said that he is now an MMA and/or UFC fighter, there might be still an itch to return to his first love.The heart of the matterAs reported by Wrestling Inc, CM Punk has been confirmed to be the masked man who invaded the MKE Wrestling event. Wrestling Inc. goes on to provide major backstage details in regards to the Straight Edge's superstar's return to the ring.Wrestling Inc has learned that at one point the plan had been for Punk to actually take the mask off after hitting the GTS. That did not happen, obviously, and Punk left while masked after the match.
