#5 Chris Benoit

Chris Benoit remains one of the biggest tragedies of WWE. During this match, he would hit Kane with a Diving Headbutt that would crack his head open -- something that curdles the blood in retrospect.

A beloved WWE Superstar in his prime, unfortunately, the wear and tear of his rough wrestling life caught up to him.

He murdered his wife and son before killing himself. His death was surrounded by speculation and led to WWE erasing him from their history books due to his actions before killing himself.

Further examination found that he had the brain similat to that of an Alzheimer's Patient and that he might have been losing his mind for a long time leading up to the incident.

#6 Chris Jericho

Perhaps the most successful WWE Superstar of all-time, his participation in the first Money in the Bank ladder match saw him put forth an immense effort but fail to win the briefcase.

Following this, Jericho would have multiple runs in WWE, including multiple World Title reigns, and one of the best feuds of his career against Shawn Michaels.

Since then, he has left WWE, and made his name on the Independent Scene as well, wrestling in NJPW. Currently, he is signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW) and will presumably be a large part of their first-ever Double or Nothing pay-per-view.
