From the WWE Rumor Mill: Potential spoiler on WWE's plans for Matt Hardy vs Bray Wyatt, WrestleMania 34 plans

Could Bray Wyatt team up with Matt Hardy?
Bray Wyatt could team up with Matt Hardy at WrestleMania 34

What’s the story?

Per PWInsider, the Ultimate Deletion Match between Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt is likely to take place before WrestleMania.

Additionally, the professional wrestling community has also been set abuzz with the banter of The Bar being challenged by a Tag Team that’s yet to be formed—something which is now being linked to Hardy and Wyatt.

In case you didn’t know…

Hardy and Wyatt have been engaged in a feud over the past several weeks.

On this week’s edition of Monday Night RAW, Hardy gave the WWE Universe a glimpse of the Hardy Family Compound, and insinuated that the Ultimate Deletion Match between him and Wyatt could take place at the Compound.

The heart of the matter

Although initial reports suggested that the Ultimate Deletion Match would air on the WrestleMania 34 card, experts now believe that the matchup will air before the event, and not on the WrestleMania card.

Furthermore, industry insiders now strongly believe that Wyatt & Hardy could end their feud before WrestleMania, and team up so as to challenge The Bar (Sheamus & Cesaro) for the RAW Tag Team Championships at WrestleMania 34.

The word backstage in WWE is that Sheamus & Cesaro are set to be challenged by a team that’s yet to be formed; which in turn accentuates the possibility of Hardy & Wyatt teaming up to challenge for the RAW tag titles at WrestleMania.

What’s next?

The WWE’s biggest annual show takes place next month, as WrestleMania 34 airs live from the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana on April 8th.

Fans can expect Hardy and Wyatt to face off in the Ultimate Deletion Match at the Hardy Family Compound, before WrestleMania.

Author’s take

The Ultimate Deletion would see the supernatural feud between Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt reach a final crescendo—something that’s best suited for WrestleMania.

Regardless, it would be awesome to see the two self-proclaimed psychic Superstars join forces to rule the Tag Team Division on RAW. Would you like to see ‘Woken’ Matt team up with ‘The Eater of Worlds’? Sound off in the comments!
