- ROH wrestler Jay Lethal took a jab at AJ Lee and CM Punk during the company’s recent 13th Anniversary PPV. Lethal helped trained AJ and the pair were an item for several years before she became a WWE Diva.
Before Lethal faced El Patron (the former Alberto Del Rio) he joked that he doesn’t take “hand-me-downs” from the likes of Daniel Bryan or CM Punk, but Punk takes his hand-me-downs – referring to AJ Lee. It should be noted that Lethal is a heel and there probably isn’t any real heat there.
- WWE Hall of Famer Edge and Diva Lana both formally announced their roles in upcoming WWE Studios and Lionsgate movie “Interrogation,” in their own video messages. The action thriller is about a bomb set to go off in Las Vegas.
