#3 Baron Corbin
Despite winning Money in the Bank in the past, Baron Corbin has never been a World Champion in WWE. His run as Mr. Money in the Bank was pretty terrible, culminating in an embarrassing defeat to Jinder Mahal. It was the worst Money in the Bank cash-in of all time.
So Corbin has some unfinished business with this contract. He has improved leaps and bounds since that fateful night in 2017, so maybe WWE will give him another opportunity with the Money in the Bank briefcase. Corbin is now one of the most dependable heels in the company.
The 2019 King of the Ring winner has stated his desire to be called King Money in the Bank and while fusing the two gimmicks into one may sound ridiculous, it is something that is right up WWE's creative alley.
However, it is hard to imagine King Corbin as the next Universal Champion in a world where The Fiend is holding the title. Perhaps, he could move to RAW and cash in on Drew McIntyre. That would be the ultimate heel move.
