The Tribal Chief's absence has affected The Bloodline Saga on WWE TV a tad, but many of Paul Heyman and Solo Sikoa's subtle moments on SmackDown are perhaps going under the radar. Arguably, the duo's best moment came a few weeks ago when The Wiseman warned Sikoa of the latter's new recruits—Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa.

Last week, Heyman was sent to the ring by The Bloodline's new leader to make things right. During an in-ring segment with Kevin Owens, The Wiseman took the opportunity to warn The Prizefighter about what the trio is capable of doing to him. The former Universal Champion responded by admitting distrust in Paul Heyman's intentions.

Taking to Instagram ahead of tonight's episode of SmackDown, Heyman shared a recap of last week's segment with Kevin Owens.

The Wiseman has presented himself as a victim of Solo Sikoa until now. He has no clue about what is going on within the family or the whereabouts of Roman Reigns. Whether this is a ploy—which the 2024 WWE Hall of Famer is notorious for pulling off in the past—bears watching.

Kevin Owens hopes to wrestle Finn Bálor at next year's WWE WrestleMania

After losing to United States Champion Logan Paul in a Triple Threat match also featuring Randy Orton on the grand stage this year, Kevin Owens hinted that he may have competed in his last WrestleMania match. However, if that is not the case, The Prizefighter added that he would like for his next one to be against Finn Bálor.

Speaking on the Busted Open Radio podcast, Owens revealed that he was unfortunately never able to savor the moment in the past, which he plans on doing from here on. Furthermore, he pointed to WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio and The Judgment Day member as dream opponents:

"If I have another WrestleMania in me, I’d love to wrestle Finn Bálor there because he’s a very good friend of mine and you know, that would just be great. But, as far as just goals, main events of WrestleMania or titles… I mean, I’ve had it so good. I really can’t ask for more," he said.

All signs point to a six-man tag team match this week on WWE SmackDown between Kevin Owens and the Street Profits against The Bloodline after what transpired last week. But the bout has not been made official yet. However, a segment is advertised that will feature The Bloodline anointing Tonga Loa.
