Recently signed WWE star undergoes surgery

A recent WWE signee has undergone successful surgery on their wrist. The promotion is currently coming off a successful King and Queen of the Ring event this past Saturday night.

Giulia suffered a fractured wrist in the main event Marigold Fields Forever on May 20. The promotion has announced that she has undergone successful surgery and will be discharged from the hospital this Thursday. Giulia will also be present at Marigold's regional shows beginning on June 1:

"🔹Giulia, who has been absent due to a distal radius fracture, underwent surgery this morning in Tokyo and we are pleased to report that surgery was a success! She'll be discharged on Thursday and will accompany us to our regional shows starting on June 1st."

The 30-year-old has signed with WWE and the company is rumored to be targeting a match between Giulia and Roxanne Perez for the NXT Women's Championship at Heatwave on July 7.

WWE star reveals what Triple H has brought back to the promotion

SmackDown announcer Corey Graves has commented on Triple H's vision for WWE and what the company's Chief Content Officer has brought back to the product.

In an exclusive interview with Sportskeeda Wrestling's Bill Apter last month, Corey Graves opened up about The Game's leadership in the company. Graves stated that he has brought realism back to the product and it was something that was missing for a long time:

"That's I think an element that was missing from particularly WWE for quite some time, was the personal issue, the reality aspect of it. Yes, we've got the most amazing athletes in the world, but as a fan I know when I grew up I loved it a little bit more when I really thought that these two guys couldn't stand one another, and they might get into it backstage, and it feels a lot more organic and reality-based." Giulia was spotted in the crowd at NXT Stand & Deliver during WrestleMania XL weekend in Philadelphia last month. Triple H commented on Giulia's making an appearance at the premium live event and reposted an image with the popular star.
