Roman Reigns' ongoing absence continues to raise concerns over his WWE future. However, a wrestling veteran thinks the OTC is going to be back, and he may not be alone this time.
The Original Tribal Chief has been away from the weekly programming since Seth Rollins and Bron Breakker annihilated him on WWE RAW after WrestleMania 41. Since his return last year, Reigns has been acting alone, barring an one-off OG Bloodline reunion at WarGames.
Now that Seth Rollins has built a little faction of his own on RAW, Reigns would need some backup if he wants to go on another war with his former Shield brother.
Speaking on The Last Word podcast, former WWE employee Tommy Carlucci said Reigns will pick up where he left off upon his return. He said the OTC might bring some boys with him to level the playing field.

"I don’t know where it’s going. I think it’s going to go for a while with this whole Wiseman thing. And maybe Roman Reigns coming back, is going to bring some boys with him and start with The Wiseman. I mean, it’s wide open right now." (H/T - TJRWrestling)
Is Roman Reigns' WWE future in jeopardy?
Speaking on a recent episode of The Last Word podcast, Jonathan Coachman said Roman Reigns' part-time schedule might force TKO to renegotiate his contract next time around.
"Yeah, he’s not around a lot now. I think the TKO executives are gonna really rethink how they’re gonna handle Roman Reigns. They won’t cut him completely, but I can guarantee you he’s not getting nowhere near 15 to 20 million. And they say, 'If you don’t like it, lump it.' That’s the point, they’re executives. They didn’t grow up in this business like VKM (Vince McMahon) made this business, and Triple H made this. But you think Triple H is gonna lay his life on the line for Roman’s contract? I don’t think so. I think he’s running scared, guys."
The Original Tribal Chief has been vocal about slowing down his schedule in a few years. It wouldn't be far-fetched to say that his current contract could be the last of his career.
