WWE Survivor Series is special for Roman Reigns as he made his debut for the company at the event. Moreover, he won his first world championship at the same event. Fans are now pushing for The Tribal Chief to settle a score with an old rival at the upcoming premium live event in Chicago.

Roman Reigns has clearly dominated Friday Night SmackDown as the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion over the past few years. The Tribal Chief remains strong and unscathed on his path to becoming the greatest in the promotion. However, there is one star he's yet to pin.

In 2022, The Tribal Chief defended his title against Seth Rollins and escaped The Visionary after intentionally disqualifying himself from the match. The management is recently hinting at brand warfare, and fans want Rollins and Reigns to settle it one last time in a Champion vs Champion match.

Check out some of the reactions below:

The majority of fans want a singles match between the two where Seth Rollin can go over Roman Reigns and legitimize the credibility of the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion. It will be interesting to see who the former Shield members will face at the event.

Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins were once set to suffer the same fate as The Nexus, according to former WWE Superstar

Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins are arguably the two biggest stars in the company, and the two have carried their respective brands over the past two years. However, the two had a very different WWE career before their singles run with the promotion.

Speaking on Ryback TV, former WWE Superstar Ryback revealed that The Shield was once set to lose to the team of John Cena, Sheamus, and The Big Guy himself. However, the finish was changed before the match. Check it out:

"They knew deep down that this was not the right call with [John] Cena going over on The Shield and they knew ultimately what this was going to lead to as we've seen historically with John Cena programs and they were next... Fast forward, they go have that conversation and then I'm notified hours later that John Cena will no longer be defeating The Shield." (From 0:55 to 2:10)

In the end, The Shield went on to become one of the greatest factions in the business before breaking up in 2014.
