Former WWE owner Vince McMahon recently made headlines after he launched another company. However, he has also been targeted by another lawsuit, which Vince Russo believes has merit.
The lawsuit by shareholders insinuates that Vince McMahon favored Endeavor over higher-paying bidders when selling WWE, to secure other benefits on the board. Furthermore, McMahon is apparently also refraining from cooperating during the discovery phase of the lawsuit.
Speaking on the latest episode of The Wrestling Outlaws, Vince Russo shared his thoughts about the former WWE owner and stated that there is something fishy about the situation.
"Vince is being sued now by some of the shareholders, who are stating he didn't sell to the highest bidder. There were companies offering more money that would have meant more money to them. Well, if you are gonna sell your company, why aren't you gonna sell to the highest bidder unless there is some type of agreement or shenanigans..." [9:20 onwards]

The WWE veteran thinks Vince McMahon is attempting to buy back the company
While Vince's new company, 14TH & I, does not seem to have any relationship with wrestling, Russo thinks that it is a ploy to re-acquire the Stamford-based promotion.
Speaking on the same episode of The Wrestling Outlaws, the veteran explained that 14TH & I could well be the path to entering the world of pro-wrestling again for Vince McMahon.
"I think it sets him up to buy his company back, make a deal... What else is Vince buying, bro? What else is he buying, bro? An ANS? Subway? Maybe Vince is buying a Subway, a Quiznos? Come on..." [3:25 onwards]
For now, only time will tell what Vince McMahon plans to do.
